Carriage charges

 

United Kingdom 

 

You are welcome to pop in and collect your order from our premises, please see ‘Contact us’ section for full address details. Also, please remember to select ‘pick up’ option when confirming your order to avoid any payable carriage charges. We’ll then drop you a note when your order has been picked and ready for collection.

 

We offer a free delivery service for all orders above £150.00 ex VAT. Orders below that incur £4.95 carriage charge on our standard 48 hour service. If you wish to receive your order sooner and wish to take advantage of the 24hours service i.e. next day there is an additional £1.95 to pay for orders over £150.00 ex VAT or £6.90 for orders below £150.00 ex VAT.

 

Also, please note that the following postcodes incur additional carriage charges; the full amounts will be payable for orders below £150.00 ex VAT threshold. Orders above that will incur the difference e.g. £10.00 for orders to BT postcode.

Europe

 

The carriage rates for deliveries to European destinations vary by country and order size. These will be automatically calculated and shown at the order confirmation stage. Please note that the automatic charges are for a single box up to 30kg. We will be in touch if it transpires more than 1 box is required for your order … the ‘additional box(s)’ carriage charge will be in multiples of the single box rate.

 

Worldwide

 

We deliver around the world. Please confirm your order and a member of our Customer Services team will be in touch to confirm the delivery charge for your Country and process your order if you wish.

 

Order processing

 

We normally turn orders around between 3 to 7 working days. If you need your goods urgently, please mention this (with the preferred day/date) when confirming your order. We will do our upmost to get your goods to you in good time… we will endeavour to make contact if it looks likely that we will not be able to turn your order around within your timescale.
